Oops! Changed your mind? No worries! We get it—sometimes things just don’t click. If you need to send something back, we’ve made the process as smooth as possible (and dare we say, kinda fun?).

Here is the deal:

  • The 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the day you received your goodies to start a return. Don’t let the clock tick too loud!
  • Keep It Fresh: To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Think of it like borrowing a friend’s jacket—you’d give it back clean and neat, right?
  • Original Packaging: Please keep the original packaging intact. It helps our items travel safely back to their new home (aka our warehouse).

How to Start Your Return Adventure:

We don’t want your package getting lost in the void! To get the ball rolling, please send an email to 123456@gmail.com. In your email, let us know which order you’d like to return. We will reply with the return address and further instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

Where Is My Money?

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it faster than you can say "refund." If everything looks good, we will process your refund within 7-14 days. The money will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please allow a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account—they sometimes move at their own pace!
